WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
After sending the order, we send a notification with tracking information to the email you specified in the order.
If you were not at home at the time of delivery, couriers must leave you a message telling you where you can pick up your parcel.
Such a notification may be:

In paper form in the mailbox or on the door,

Electronically (by email) in your email inbox.
Unfortunately, some couriers may not do this.
Please check the carrier's website for the delivery status of your parcel.
If you have not received an email with tracking information, then:

Please check your SPAM folder, the email may have gotten lost there.

If your email is not available anywhere, please let us know in a messenger convenient for you (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber) at +43 664 145 81 27 that you cannot find your parcel. Please indicate the first and last name for whom the order was placed. We will help you find your parcel.
To receive your parcel at the pick-up point you will need:

tracking number,
-
a document with a photo of the recipient of the parcel.
